Nessie Rewards is operated by Nessie Solutions. By verifying your mobile number and using the wallet, you agree to these terms.
The service
Nessie Rewards lets you scan a QR code at a participating event, verify your email address, claim offers from the event’s sponsors, and hold the resulting vouchers in a wallet until you redeem them at the sponsor’s counter.
Email Terms
When you enter your email address and tap Send OTP, you consent to receive a one-time verification code from Nessie Solutions by email at that address. This is the only message the service sends.
- Message frequency: one message per sign-in request you make. We do not send recurring, marketing or promotional email.
- Delivery: we cannot guarantee delivery times, and a message may be delayed or filtered by your mail provider. If a code does not arrive, check your spam folder and ask for another.
- Help: write to nathan@nessiesolutions.com.
- Stopping messages: ask us at the address above and we will not email that address again. Because the code is how you sign in, stopping messages means you will not be able to verify a new device.
Your email address is used to deliver the code and to identify your wallet. It is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and it is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your account
Your wallet is tied to the email address you verify. Use one you control, and do not share your verification code with anyone — a code is all that is needed to open your wallet.
Offers and vouchers
- Offers are provided by the event’s sponsors, and each carries its own terms, expiry date and limits, shown with the offer.
- A voucher is valid until its expiry date and can be redeemed once. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.
- Offers may be limited in number. An offer can run out before the event ends, and a sponsor may withdraw an offer.
- Redemption happens at the sponsor’s counter and is subject to the sponsor honouring it. Any dispute about goods or services received is between you and that sponsor.
Fair use
Do not attempt to claim offers you are not entitled to, verify addresses you do not control, or interfere with the service. We may suspend a wallet we believe is being used this way.
Availability
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
